Multi-Level Sisal Cat Scratching Barrel Cave

The PS436-2 Multi-Level Sisal Cat Scratching Barrel Cave is a compact three-level cat furniture unit that combines scratching, hiding, climbing and top-perch rest. Two round entrances lead to semi-enclosed cave areas, while the curved side opening reveals intermediate access levels and gives cats another route through the structure. A soft raised top with a thick cushion adds an open lounge above the enclosed spaces.

Sisal carpet covers the curved exterior, creating a broad scratching and grip surface. At 40 x 40 x 75 cm, PS436-2 adds vertical activity without the height or floor spread of a large cat tree. The cream finish and dark trim create a clear contemporary contrast for living rooms, bedrooms, apartments, cat rooms and retail displays.

Three Level Layout

PS436-2 is the taller three-level option in the supplied comparison. The lower cave creates a sheltered floor-level retreat, the middle level combines a round entrance with open side access, and the cushioned top provides an elevated resting place. The separate heights allow cats to choose between privacy, easy access and an open view of the room.

Key Product Benefits

· Scratch sleep and climb in one unit: The curved sisal exterior, internal levels, cave openings and top cushion support several natural behaviors.

· Semi-enclosed security: Round cave entrances and side walls create sheltered resting positions that reduce drafts and provide visual privacy indoors.

· Thick washable cushion: The removable soft cushion can be washed according to the confirmed care label for a cleaner resting surface.

· Ready to use: The product is supplied assembled, so end users can position it after unpacking without a separate construction process.

· Compact vertical footprint: The 40 x 40 cm base uses floor area efficiently while the 75 cm height provides multiple functional levels.

· Two- and three-level range: Buyers can compare the lower PS436-1 option with the taller PS436-2 to build a coordinated assortment.

Scratching Climbing and Resting Analysis

Wraparound Sisal Carpet

Sisal carpet extends across the curved outer shell, giving cats a broad surface for upright scratching and stretching. The texture also adds grip as cats approach the openings or move toward the top. Place the barrel near an established cat route or a piece of furniture that previously attracted scratching behavior to improve visibility and daily use.

Semi-Enclosed Cat Caves

The two round entrances lead to sheltered resting areas that can help cats feel less exposed. Semi-enclosed construction blocks some direct indoor airflow while preserving accessible openings, creating a cozier retreat. The open side cutaway also supports visibility and easier movement between levels.

Washable Cushioned Top

The top cushion is visibly thicker than a flat fabric pad and sits within a raised rim. It can be removed for routine care and washed according to the approved production label. The elevated position gives cats an open observation point when they do not want to rest inside a cave.

Stable Everyday Placement

The curved barrel body and 40 x 40 cm footprint are designed for stable normal indoor use when the product is placed correctly. Set it on a flat, dry floor with the full base supported. Avoid uneven rugs, busy walkways, door swings and locations where children or furniture may strike the product.

Two Level and Three Level Options

The supplied range image shows two coordinated choices: a shorter two-level PS436-1 and the taller three-level PS436-2. Retailers can use the smaller model for entry-level or very compact spaces and the 75 cm PS436-2 for buyers wanting an additional cave and greater vertical activity. Dimensions, price, packaging and MOQ should be confirmed separately for each model.

No Assembly Convenience

PS436-2 is designed for use after unpacking, with no customer assembly required. Remove all packaging, inspect the barrel for transit damage, check that the cushion and internal levels are correctly positioned, and place the unit on a level indoor floor before allowing a cat to use it.

Care and Maintenance

Vacuum the sisal exterior, cave interiors and cushion regularly. Use a lint roller on soft trim where appropriate. Remove the cushion before washing and follow the confirmed care label; allow it to dry fully before replacement. Spot-clean the remaining soft surfaces with a mild textile-appropriate product. Do not soak the barrel. Trim only loose sisal fibers and inspect openings, internal levels, seams and the base for damage.
