Cozy Cat Cave Bed

The Cozy Cat Cave Bed needs to be assessed from the inside as well as the outside. Overall dimensions describe its footprint, but the opening, turning space and room above the resting surface determine how the enclosed layout is understood. Petsbelle lists this model as PN2025-44 for wholesale enquiries. Ask for the relevant entrance and interior measurements when preparing a size guide, and use the finished sample to examine the fabric around the curved opening. The covered top is part of the cave structure; a second sleeping platform has not been confirmed. Review packing with the same care so the intended shape can be checked after unpacking.

Key Features

Covered on top and around the sides. The cave shape creates a tucked-away resting area while leaving the front open.

A round entrance. Brown edging outlines the opening against the beige exterior, making the entrance a clear focal point.

A cushioned interior. The white resting surface adds a soft-looking contrast to the more structured outer panels.

An understated finish. Neutral colours and a fabric-covered exterior make this model easy to present within a home-focused cat collection.

Product Specification

Material Customization

Material choices for the Cozy Cat Cave Bed need to work across the outer shell, trim and interior. The reference chart includes textured fabrics, suede, rabbit fur and fleece, along with color swatches and custom color matching. It also presents PP cotton, sponge and memory foam used in different bed structures. Review any proposed replacement against the cave's shape and the confirmed material specification before sampling.

If you are considering another outer fabric, review it on a finished sample. The way it sits around the curved entrance is part of the appearance you are approving.

OEM & Private Label

The Cozy Cat Cave Bed can be developed for private-label collections with customized sizing, branding and retail packaging. Because of its enclosed construction, both the entrance and usable interior space should be considered when developing or selecting a size.

For size customization, confirm the entrance dimensions, usable interior measurements and space above the resting surface. These details can be checked on the assembled sample and provide a more practical basis for customer-facing size guides than assigning cat size or weight recommendations from product images alone.

Branding should be positioned around the front opening and contrasting trim without interfering with the product’s appearance. Options may include woven labels, patches, embroidery, hang tags and care labels, while packaging can include labeled bags, custom boxes and outer carton markings. Development from a reference image, drawing or sample can also be reviewed according to project requirements.

Before approving production artwork, check the selected logo position, hang tag and retail packaging on the assembled cave. For e-commerce presentation, confirmed interior measurements and an interior product image can also help buyers communicate the enclosed design more clearly.

Production Process& Quality Assurance

The Cozy Cat Cave Bed goes through material preparation, panel cutting and sewing, filling and assembly, followed by finished-product inspection and packing. For PN2025-44, key inspection points include the entrance profile, overall cave shape, trim seams and finished dimensions. These details should be checked against the approved sample before bulk production.

The approved materials, dimensions and construction details should be recorded as the production reference. If the fabric or other structural materials are changed, the assembled cave should be reviewed again to confirm that the entrance and overall shape remain consistent with the approved version.

Because the enclosed shape is an important part of this design, packing should also be evaluated with the finished sample. After unpacking, check how the cave body stands and whether the entrance retains the approved shape and appearance. Folding or compression should not be assumed suitable until its effect on the finished product has been reviewed.

Documentation and testing requirements should be confirmed according to the selected materials, destination market and project requirements. Any general compliance information shown on the page should not be interpreted as product-specific certification for PN2025-44.

Cave Structure Review and Quality Support

For PN2025-44, quality planning considers the enclosed body, entrance and interior together. Petsbelle reviews the design, material selection, structural details and potential risks before the manufacturing specification is confirmed.

Checks begin with incoming materials and first samples, continue through key production stages, and include finished caves and packing. The approved requirements guide inspection of the opening profile, seams, dimensions and assembled shape.

Our factory follows BSCI social-compliance principles. Applicable FSC-certified wood or paper options, including packaging, require confirmation of supply and documentary scope. Verify certificate validity and the intended order requirements before production; the displayed records should not be treated as certification of the cave bed or its textile components.

Customer feedback and quality issues are retained for review after shipment. Where needed, we investigate causes and implement corrective and preventive measures. Inspection standards, testing, packing and documentation for wholesale or private-label versions can be agreed before the order enters production.
